Unable to signin on xbox enforcement

Yesterday I received an email saying I had violated the microsoft services agreement. Nonsense! the app also states my account is suspended.

All i've done recently is play witcher 3 and Star Wars both off line games. I never talk to people online or send messages. So i've no idea how I have violated any terms?

I've tried to access my enforcement history to see what's going on but I can't sign in. I've tried on both my phone and laptop, different browsers. I have no problem signing in on xbox.com

all the help etc. gives link to enforcements page where I am no longer signed in. I click to sign in and after a while the page just refreshes.

Tried to get a call back and that then says and error has occurred.

Is this for real!!!????

Hello again, yes it works, I can log in and see the reputation of my account.

Try switching network or equipment.

Does the website work for you?

I’ve seen this question asked a few times dating back a few years. So not confident this will be fixed. I’d like to know if my account has been hacked or why I have a suspension.

Be good to actually have a way of resolving this. As every step is another broken feature.

Hello Dav, sorry for what is happening, however as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and neither your account, we can not specify the actual reason or accurately check your suspension, only enforcement can take care of this issue.

My suggestion is to wait until you can log in to the Enforcement website come back to normal.
