Unable to sign into Xbox app on PC.

they were unable to help we have determined that it is a problem with xbox services but im signed in to all xbox related apps on my pc yet will still not let me sign in in game

You can also check this, press the Start button, select Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking, and look for NAT Type under Xbox Live multiplayer.

If it says Teredo is unable to qualify, it means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.

• Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?

Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

• 1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

• 2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

• 3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
  *xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage

• 4. Hit Enter.

Once the PC is restarted I suggest re-installing the Xbox App. Here is how:

• 1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

• 2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

• 3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage

• 4. Hit Enter.
• 5. Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

I’m unable to purchase it as it was taken off of the pc Xbox app.

In the xbox app, anytime I try to sign in to xbox live, the app does nothing. I am unable to sign in to the xbox app. I know my MS acct credentials and I'm logged into the MS Store.
