Unable to sign into MS Mahjong & MS Solitaire in Windows 10

I haven't been able to access my premium content in both Solitaire & Mahjong. It keeps stating that "I am not connected to the internet", which in not accurate.

I have followed the suggestions in forums, including clearing store cache, re-installing games as well as verifying that I have all of the current updates.

Contacted X-box support and was directed to address my issue with MS. I can't seem to make it past MS's "virtual assistant" and I am getting nowhere.

This has been going on for over 4 days and I was hoping to find an easier way to resolve it with MS, without having to go through "virtual assistant" or just forgetting all about it and not renewing my premium games next month.

Any direction will be appreciated. Thanks.

error code 0xc03f300d trying to reinstall

Was having problems with sign-in for MS Mahjong and MS Solitaire. Did not take note of any error code/message. Did uninstall of both apps. When go to store to reinstall, consistently get error code 0xc03f300d. Running Windows 8.1. Problems just started
within the last week.

 

Lost my Premium subscription on Windows 10

Lost my Premium subscription to Windows Solitaire on Windows 10. Mahjong works, but not Solitaire.

Sorry to hear about the issues in Mahjong and Solitaire. The Microsoft Casual Games team actually just came out with a new website that not only has a link to chat with a representative about more complex technical issues on the main page

HERE with steps that may also be helpful in resolving this issue. Try giving the steps in the FAQ/Support page a shot and see if they help!
