Unable to sign into Minecraft Bedrock. Error Code: Drowned

When I attempt to log into Minecraft (Bedrock edition) on PC, I get the following error (also attached as an image)

**Failed to Login

We could not sign you into your Microsoft account.
Access to Realms, Profiles and your Marketplace
items will be limited. Please try again later.

Error Code: Drowned**

This has been the case for a number of days now and despite trying all the online fixes for this issue, including deleting and reinstalling the game, updating Windows to the latest version, installing and signing into different XBOX windows applications, but I have been unable to fix it.

I can sign into my Microsoft account in order to login to the PC, I can sign into Microsoft store and download Minecraft, I can sign into my Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com, I can also sign into my Microsoft account at https://account.xbox.comand https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/msaprofile. However, I cannot sign into the XBOX App for Windows. When attempting to do so, a blank popup window appears for a matter of a second and then disappears without having signed in, as per the attached short video. Oddly the XBOX App sees me as signed into the store but not signed into xbox, as per the 2nd attached image.

Please can this be addressed, I am happy to assist via screenshare or any remote access software.

Thank you for your response, Renato, however unfortunately I have previously attempted to follow the steps suggested but unfortunately I need to be logged into my account in order to access my profile. As I am unable to sign in, this step is impossible. I have also previously contacted Minecraft support however they responded suggesting that I contact Microsoft as Mojang no longer offer support. Unfortunately, when trying to contact Microsoft about this issue, I was directed to this forum rather than a Minecraft or Microsoft support agent. As you can imagine, the runaround is less than ideal and the frustration of not being able to sign in sadly remains.

Do you or anyone else have any suggestions how I might be able to speak to someone at Microsoft who could potentially help with what appears to be an account issue?

These are the steps I've found.

Close the game and reopen it.
Navigate to the Settings menu, then access your Profile.
Select 'Clear Account Sign-in Data,' then click 'Confirm.'
Wait for the sign-in data to clear and restart the game.
Attempt to sign in to the game again.

If it doesn't work, I recommend contacting Minecraft support at the following address.

i do all for sign into my micrsoft account in pc for play with my friend in bedrock edition but that still dont work

I tried to use this method but I dont have the profile tab in my minecraft bedrock settings for PC.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the error code Drowned. The Drowned error is a sign-in issue associated with your Microsoft account. Can you confirm on what device do you play Minecraft? First, please try to make sure that your game is on the latest update. You can also try to change your Microsoft account password and see if it will help.

If possible, please try to use a different network when signing in your Microsoft account on Minecraft and check if you will get the same Drowned error code.
