    Unable to sign into linked services


    I am unable to sign into any services which my Microsoft account is linked to such as Epic Games and Bungie.net. This prevents me from using companion apps and from using any cross-save capabilities in games. I've been having this problem for about a year and I've never heard anyone else have the same problem. As it stands, I won't be able to keep progress on games such as Destiny 2 with cross-save capability as I switch to playing on PC rather than Xbox.

    Since the issue as you said persists across multiple services, there might be an issue with your Microsoft account. In this case you will need to contact our live agents for them to check your account and get this sorted out for you.

    Problem is that it won't even sign in locally so i'm unable to play offline!! :(

    I am also unable to connect. Service status is "up" for all services, but I cannot sign in to XBox Live.

    My save files are in the cloud, too :(

    they were unable to help we have determined that it is a problem with xbox services but im signed in to all xbox related apps on my pc yet will still not let me sign in in game
