Unable to sign in using other devices

Could your account be in use on another device?

If it is signed in on another device it will kick you out on the device you’ve signed in with. If you are being repeatedly signed in on the other device, you will be repeatedly signed out on the device you’re using.

I am also suddenly unable to access my unlisted playlists. It does not make sense since I used to be able to watch them just fine. I can access them on my other devices when signed into YouTube - why no longer Xbox??

If you're only unable to sign in on that device, try resetting that device, then re-install the Xbox App and try to sign in after that? Any difference?

Also, check if you're able to access any other account if you're still unable to do so with yours. You can also use different web browsers if you face any problems.
