    Windows 8 and Xbox Live are on different emails

    After installing windows 8 I am unable to link gamer tag to the Windows 8 game App, my actual gamer tag is xXTCMANXx.

    There needs to be some kind of way to merge the gamer tag with our actual email accounts or at least allow us to sign in with our actual Xbox Live accounts.

    I intended to get a windows phone but started to have 2nd thoughts if I am unable to link the account as its half the reason I want a windows phone. I cant even buy games on windows via the Windows store if I want achievements.

    Unable to sign in to Xbox Music on Windows 8.

    I get the error message that I am offline when My connection is fine...

    Can't even sign into My Microsoft account on Xbox.com

    Is your copy of Windows 8 activated? I also don't think this is the proper forum. This is for Xbox support not Windows... I'd point you to the right spot but I'm not sure where that'd even be. Possibly the developer? The only game you mentioned that's
    made by Microsoft is the Solitaire collection...



    If the firewall isn't blocking it and Windows is activated then I have no clue.

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Game to see if the issue persists. If it does not get resolved that way please report the problem for Team Xbox to further investigate.

    For the last time ALL OF MY DRIVERS ARE UP TO DATE. And I can't sign into ANY game with an xbox live account. Can you PLEASE stop asking the same questions over and over and over again?

    The error message I get is "save data must be created to save game progress please sign into an xbox account to access this feature". But everytime I reopen the app it asks me permission to let the game access my xbox live info. I hit yes and the same thing
    repeats. I seriously would appreciate if one of your answering would try it out on your laptop and see exactly what I'm seeing. Telling me to sign into my live account and check my proofs tells me nothing. I don't see anything there that says "proofs". Is
    this a help forum or what? THREE responses and I'm still in worst shape as I was before I came here.
