    I recently created a new Microsoft account after my old one had been hacked. All I have been trying to do is play Minecraft but every single time that I try to log in with my Microsoft account, an Xbox window pops up that says "You are not connected to the internet." So I try to log in on the Xbox app itself, and another error message pops up. "You'll need internet for this," accompanied by error code 0x800704cf. I try to log in with the Microsoft Store and the same error message pops up. I have done literally everything in my power to try and get rid of this issue. I have cleared my browser and computer's cache multiple times. I have reset my password multiple times. I have gone through the account recovery form twice. I have repaired, reset, uninstalled and reinstalled the Microsoft store, Xbox app, and Minecraft launcher several times. I have checked my account status and Xbox status several times, all in the clear. The Xbox browser site and mobile app have let me log in just fine, along with the Microsoft website, but anything on my PC is just not letting me sign in. I have reset my PC several times and nothing has been resolved. I have literally no idea what to do. The Microsoft support website has been completely useless and the customer service phone number told me that I can only get this figured out if I go to that site. I am beyond furious and have been trying to fix this for 2 days now. I literally had to buy Minecraft again on this new account and I can't even play it because Microsoft is just unable to recognize that I'm connected to the damn internet.

    Restarted PC

    Network Connection OK

    Cleared Cache and Cookies on Internet Browser.

    Tried Firefox. Signing on Microsoft Account. OK, Signed in Microsoft Store. Blank Screen, Clicked Search, no response.

    Tried Edge. Unable to sign on, all I get is waiting response.

    Tried Crome. Signing on Microsoft Account. OK. Microsoft Store, same trouble as Firefox.

    Able to sign on to my Microsoft Account with my ANDROID mobile, Managed to download and install Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    The trouble seems to be with my PC.

    I have no trouble with other websites.

    I apologize for the late response.

    1. I have Glary Utilities installed and I believe I have the AMD Radeon gaming app installed.

    2. Yes. I updated my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the Xbox app and Gaming Services before posting this.

    3. The account signed into the Microsoft store is different than the one signed into the Xbox app. My account is signed into the Xbox app and another account is signed into the Microsoft store, so I have access to my games.

    4. The games were downloaded through the Xbox app for pc.

    5. I launch the games when connected to the internet.

    edit: I forgot to mention that I tried launching another game ("Deep Rock Galactic") through the Microsoft store and it was functioning properly.

    Still not working still says no internet connected when there is it works for Microsoft store but not the xbox apps

    Weird thing now is, that I don't get the "Unable to connect to Xbox. Check your internet connection and try again", but instead now it keeps saying "signing in" (in Dutch), but it doesn't sign in at all. It just keeps saying that for minutes now. And that's
    the whole problem. One moment it says: "Unable to connect to Xbox. Check your internet connection and try again". And the other moment it keeps saying "signing in". It only rarely works properly. It's really frustrating.
