unable to sign in on the website to link account to bungie.net from family child account...

Hello Hydra,

You will need to try and recover the parent account. You can use the
Account recovery wizard to do this. Once you recover the account you can change the settings on the child account.

we had a parental account tho for some reason we have no idea why we lost the control to it and we are unable to get into the account it used to be deceivedbilly2 but it no longer shows that its the parental account so we cant change it and just a few
days ago this problem was not happening it was all working perfectly just one day when i tried to log into the website itd say that my settings had changed

i have tried to do so and it hasnt worked instead it brought up the support on how to change the account from child to adult and when i tried to sign in it just refreshed the page

Thanks for responding back so quickly. Do you still have access to the Email or the recovery options? If so I recommend trying to recover the account by logging into it at our
website by signing in. You can then access the family settings and add or remove a member, Please let us know if you encounter any issues in this process.
