Discus and support unable to shut down / restart my console in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; anyone else having issues while turning off your console with your controller ? i tried to do a complete shutdown from the settings but when i clicked...     unable to shut down / restart my console


    anyone else having issues while turning off your console with your controller ? i tried to do a complete shutdown from the settings but when i clicked on it it did nothing. same thing happened when i tried to restart the console i clicked on ‘A’ but nothing happened i turned off my console via my google home but same thing happened again after restart. i have a video of but it’s not allowing me to post it here. i downgraded to the beta ring and the issue now has been fixed.

    Console shut down and wont restart.

    Same thing just happened to me. Don't know how to fix. Did Microsoft fix it for you?

    Dead Rising 3 Will not launch after install

    I was able to install and play the game, however after saving the progress and shutting down the xbox i was unable to play dead rising 3 as well. But after i restarted the xboxone console i was able to play the game. No restore to factory setting in this
    case. My smart glass would not connect either but after restarting the console it connected successfully. I simply changed the Xbox system name to force a restart.

    You are unable to turn it on manually? If you can try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for
