Unable to share content after unbanned

On February 2, 2018 I had an enforcement strike for game dvr. Its been 4 months since then and I'm still not able to upload videos.

Xbox Live Unfair Ban Please Help!

Once an account is banned, it's not unbanned. You will not get your account back or any of the content. You willingly agreed to share with the other user and violated the code of conduct.

Date of the suspension: Feb 2, 2017 10:32:54 PM

Date when it will be unbanned: Feb 3, 2017 10:31:54 PM

Features that were banned: Share Kinect Content , Social Network Sharing , Communications , Communications Friends Only , Broadcast , Share Content

Description of the Issue: I constantly get messages saying I'm being banned every week it's unreal and I have no idea why I was banned

I actually looked at it and it doesn't say anything about features being suspended. What would that mean.

If you create or share inappropriate Game DVR or Upload content, the offending clip or screenshot will be removed and your ability to use these applications may be revoked for seven, 30, or 90 days.

I am having the same sharing of content issues as well. I don't know exactly when it started, as I didn't have the problem until about a week ago. However, it had been a while since I had shared anything. FYI: Xbox Live on windows 10 pro. I have tried checking
my privacy settings as the error message suggest, but unable to find anything?
