    Unable to setup OneGuide


    I am not able to setup live TV on my Xbox, called the support line and was not able to resolve the situation. I have a Samsung UN55KU6300 TV with Time Warner Cable as the provider (**** DCX3600-M). When I click to watch live TV and set it up, it looks for
    my TV and does not move passed that point. I was told by the Microsoft support to post here for a resolution. Thank you.

    OneGuide for TV in Ireland

    Hello everyone!

    As reported on
    Xbox Wire    , the August update is supposed to include OneGuide functionality for Irish TV providers. I installed the update today and am not able to set this up in any way. By default, only app channels appear in OneGuide. I tried resetting the TV settings,
    but it seems to skip the OneGuide setup and I'm unable to enter either my set-top box or TV provider (Eircom).

    Have I misinterpreted the update notes or am I missing something during the setup process? Anyone with similar observations?

    I am having the same issue. Worked yesterday but not today. I cleared all the save data for one Guide and tried the setup again but it won't take any zip code I enter. There is another thread on here that has a bunch of responses from others having the same
    problem, so I am thinking it is something on the M$ side, like the servers that have the One Guide channel info is down or something. If it's not working tomorrow I would contact M$ directly, that's what I am going to do.

    Just to make sure we have everything in order with your new cable box, have you run through the OneGuide setup since getting the new hardware? In order to control your cable setup you'll need to follow the steps on

    Nope, still having trouble with it even after the most recent update. Getting really annoyed with the lack of a fix. It works with the other DC TV providers and with FiOS outside of the city.
