Unable to set up new xbox as home after original xbox stolen

Hello so you stated the original Xbox was stolen. So when you brought the new one is your son still able to login with his original username and password? If he is able to login the first thing I would do is change the password associated with the account
so nobody else can get into it. Each XBox is given 5 home xbox changes a year. It will be based off the first change when that year will be up. After all 5 changes are used you have to wait until that year date shows on screen as it did for you to inform when
it can be changed again. You need to check on microsoft.com and look under subscriptions to see what you have left of your subscriptions. The Xbox live does not stack subscriptions os I doubt it will show 2 years of live. As stated though you can go to your
microsoft account to check on it yourself. IT will also show under billing what you have actually purchased. I hope this helps you out a little bit more.

number will show up in account.microsoft.com/devices for that new account. However, it's my understanding that only the
Enforcement Team can take any actions.
