Unable to set new Xbox Series X as Home Xbox

Are you offline? Is the Series X your home Xbox?

No my Xbox series x is online and on the same network as my Xbox one and my Xbox series x is set as my home Xbox

Hello again MagicDude, the procedures will only not work if your account no longer has exchanges available for home console, if you have already spent the 5 chances it has, otherwise it automatically assumes.

Just to re-iterate:

1. This is a new Xbox Console
   
2. this is a new Xbox Account
   
3. No, the option "Make this my home Xbox" was not used spending 5 chances (if so, it did not work 5 times when trying)
   
4. The console was reset
   
5. The console was reinstalled
   

It is unbelievable that MS does not offer any official support and users have to go hunting in communities for answers. I am out of this thread - pretty pointless to discuss as people answering a pretty much just guessing.

Hello Magic, has already tried to do a reset on the console by keeping games or deleting everything, by doing this the first account to be placed on the console it assumes as the main.

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.
