Thank you for your response.

It could be that my son has been inadvertently switching my 'home Xbox' because he has been using my account on his Xbox to play the games that I've purchased.

I will look into this possibility.

Thank you. I believe the issue is a glitch in either my account or the Xbox. According to ngocphi's reply, my son using my account on his Xbox isn't considered a switch.

I'm pretty sure I've exhausted all options.

I can see that you have an issue with your home Xbox settings. This usually happens when you or your friend have changed the home Xbox designation more than five times in a year. The limit is there to prevent abuse of the game sharing feature. You can check the date of your last switch on your console settings. If you have not switched your home Xbox recently, it is possible that your friend has done so on their end. You can wait until the next year when your switches will be reset automatically.
