Unable to send outgoing mail via Hotmail..

I possibly submitted in wrong area ;/ I am not an XBox user, am a pc user. The SMPT is the only one received, after that I have been unable to send any outgoing mail w/o an error message in orange, but am receiving ingoing mail thru my hotmail.com acct. Any outgoing emails I send advise an error every time and I can't seem to send out anything. I do not use a vpn, it is disabled, firewalls disabled. I have a gamer email, which seems to be fine, a 3rd backup acct, no probs that I see & it is connected to my cell phone, but it's my main acct for business that is the issue at this point & I only use on my computer. Microsoft account team & Outlook.com Team are the only emails I have atm, The screenshot above gives no lettering or way to confirm acct and goes to an error 500 page when u hit the renew/audio link to it. Also, when I try to log in via the links u provide, it pulls up my gamer email when I use the 1st link. The 2nd link, once again is identical to my SS above, blank and leads to an error 500 when u attempt to use the link.

Did you check the first email received was sent via official Microsoft channel? (This is to discard the possibility for a phising email)

Are you able to sign in right now properly in your Microsoft account and Outlook email?

The message above (SMPT module....) happens with every contact in your email address? Or with one specific email?

About your attached image, may I know if you tried using a different browser?

Or in case you have any VPN, proxy, firewall, DNS filtering or antivirus service, did you tried disabling the service first before giving it a new try?

Yes, as this issue is more specific with outlook.com service the help that I can provide you is limited.

Right now I can advise you to get in touch with an outlook.com agent, just to see if maybe your account is still restricted or, assist you reviewing it to unlock it more faster

as far as I know when you 'promote' your hotmail account via Outlook.com to an outlook.com account, what i've read all should go automatically, the xbox live account should autimatically change to the new outlook account, so you don't have to do anything
extra. Haven't tried it myself, since there is more connected to my account, I'll stay with my hotmail account (but check my mail via outlook.com)

One other thing, the @hotmail email address will stay, but you can't create them anymore, and you can login at outlook instead of hotmail.

Password's the same as the one as you used when you signed up for your e-mail as I recall. Hence my suggestion to you would be to try and do a password reset via whichever e-mail provider you think you used for your WLID (Hotmail, Yahoo etc).
