    Unable to send and see chats on minecraft for ios


    I play minecraft on my ipad, and i play on servers (usually The Hive.) I noticed that a month or two ago i was unable to see the chats that people would send in game. i tried to send chats to my friend and they couldn't see mine. I'm not muted/suspended
    on the server do that's not the issue. i have made sure my settings are allowing it, i followed the instructions from a support person in live chat but the chats still don't appear. i don't know why this is happening, and i really want to be able to talk to
    people on Minecraft again.

    You can wait and see if forum support has a different answer, but phone and chat support typically send people to the forums when they are unable to assist.

    Sounds like it's very possible there is an issue with the Beta iOS update then since it happened after the update, if you're unable to roll back it's best to keep checking for iOS updates in the meantime to see if it fixes the problem. If you're still seeing
    the issue after the update is final and released to the public, be sure to let us know!

    It is very possible the ports for Teredo are not working or blocked (My company blocks it from a corporate IT policy). Check this link below and see if it helps.
