I understand that you are experiencing issues with the game MSFS 2024.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please clear game cache & persistent data. To do this, go to Settings > System > Storage > Manage Game & Add-ons. Find MSFS 2024, then select Saved Data.

Delete any local saved data (it will sync from the cloud later).

And then reset controller & menu inputs by going to Xbox Settings > Devices & Accessories. Select your controller and ensure it’s set up correctly.

Restart the Xbox and retry selecting an airport.

Next is to change install location if you are using an external storage. Please move it to internal storage and see if the game works.

Then check for updates & verify installation. Make sure that you have the latest version installed. Go to My Games & Apps > MSFS 2024. Click Manage > Updates and install any pending patches.

Uninstall and reinstall the game:

Uninstall MSFS 2024 completely.

Reinstall the game.

7. Try to fix the installation file:

On Steam, you can try to "fix" or "restore" the game's installation file, if available.

8. Check if MSFS 2024 is installed on the external hard drive:

Flight Simulator X may have issues if installed on an external hard drive

Clear Cache

Turn off your Xbox Series X|S using the controller or the Power Off button on the console.

Unplug the power cable from the back of your Xbox Series X|S.

Wait at least two minutes.

Plug the cable back into your Xbox Series X|S.

Turn your Xbox Series X|S back on.

After completing these steps please reboot your Xbox.

After this, please remove the profile and add it again. Here are the steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

When you're finished, select Close.

Then, proceed to add it again.

Next, please make sure your Xbox is set as a home console. To do it please follow the next instructions:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select System > Settings > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox.

Let's give a shot in-game again.

Then, let's check there's no pending update of the console by following the next instructions:

Make sure that your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system> Settings > System > Updates.

Under Updates, you can see:

Console update available. Select this to begin your update, or

No console update available. This means your console is up to date.

If there's a pending update please allow it to be completed.

Finally, please open the game and check if it works.

Are you referring to MSFS 2020? The exact release date for MSFS 2024 hasn’t been confirmed yet. All we know is that it’s planned for release sometime this year, and there may be more info at the games showcase in a couple of days.

Is there anything specific in the game that you’re looking for help with? The aircraft manuals offer some guidance.

I have the same issue with a brand new Series X. After using it for one day, it now presents me with the login screen where I can select my account, then it shows the rotating progress spinner for a few seconds and afterwards the white screen the OP showed. It never goes away how long I wait.

I have already tried turning it off and on again to no avail. There is another suggestion for Xbox Ones to remove the account and add it again, but I was unable to pull that off so far - because I cannot login. As it took ages downloading MSFS, I refrained from a factory reset so far (after one day!).

As far as I can tell, the issue is not a connectivity problem as the console was claming to update MSFS in background. According to the Xbox status page, there was/is also no problem with the login servers.

Any ideas?
