Unable to see the Rewards Hub on my Xbox

I am unable to see the Rewards Hub on my Xbox. I have done a hard reset on the xbox, region has been set to US, I already have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription active but still it wont show up.

I even refered to Microsoft Rewards on the desktop site but even that dosent show anything closely related to xbox games or anything xbox related.

I am over the age of 18 and I have already submitted a ticket there, but they still haven't responded yet so that's why I referred to the community.

There was recently a change to the program and if you are under 18 you will no longer have access to the Rewards hub or the ability to earn Rewards through Game Pass Quests.

If you're over the age of 18, you'll want to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

Yeah my app is messing up as well, unable to see any rewards to redeem in the Xbox app.

This is true. The Microsoft Rewards app on Xbox is replaced by the new Rewards hub. Xbox Rewards will remain part of the Microsoft Rewards program, and all points you earn on Xbox will continue in other parts of the program. To maximize your points and earn even more, be sure to check out the hub.

I noticed this also yesterday when I was doing my rewards. It usually fixes itself, if not you ca always submit the issue through the feedback hub.

To report the issue, go to the app and then hold the xbox button, on the next screen you will see report a problem, after select new problem, apps, then select the Microsoft Rewards app.
