    I am having difficulty with me payment method. It isn't listed in my payment options in my account but when I add the card in question it says it already exists. Please help

    How to use credit from microsoft-account for xbox life gold ?

    you can't. Currency can never be used for live subscriptions regardless of consoles.

    Either you have to buy a prepaid membership card from a store or buy gold membership with a renewable payment method and home console if you have an xbox one

    Can't remove CC from xbox live account?

    Even with automatic renewal turned off, you will be unable to remove the payment method until that subscription expires.

    -

    That's what I don't understand. I mean yes make people unable to remove it if automatic renewal is on but if they've turned it off, it obviously means they don't intend to use that next time.

    Hi there,

    please be sure the payment option is connected to the correct region and the console is set to that same region.

    To double check the region to which the payment option is connected to go to the payment options section at
    http://account.microsoft.com

    When purchasing online at xbox.com make sure the region in bottom left corner matches the region you are in and from your payment option.

    I can confirm the regions match. I have used this payment method numerous times and my xbox live renewed on that card just two days ago

  6. Are you sure the payment went through for the renewal?

    This normally happens when the payment has not gone through for a subscription.

    You can sign in at account.microsoft.com and go to services and subscriptions and it will tell you if there is any subscriptions that need a looking at.

    The xbox live went through, can see it on my bank statement, Their is a pending payment for Game pass which I am trying to clear now but I can't see my payment method or even add it so I can clear it
