    Unable to see "Alpha Product" content when I access XBOX Insider ->"Insider Content"


    I'm following the information in a post from Microsoft Team <[noreply@microsoftstudios.com](mailto:noreply@microsoftstudios.com)>:

    Download (or update) the Xbox Insider Hub via this link.

    1. Launch the Hub and navigate to the “Insider Content” tab on the left side of the screen.
    2. Once there, you'll find the **Alpha Project** page.

    Unfortunately there is no Alpha page to be found. Due to NDA, I cannot mention the name of the Alpha Project.

    Any ideas?

    YOU ARE CLEARED FOR TAKE-OFF! Xbox Insider Hub OK, Show in store takes me to my account

    There should be information on the install process provided in the email confirming your enrollment in the Alpha program. I'd definitely make sure you report the problem by holding down the guide button. In general when it comes to getting alphas/support
    gamefor betas and Insiders content, your best bet is going to the Xbox Insiders subreddit, the Insiders Team actually monitors the posts there and can provide further support, whereas the insiders team doesn't check these forums.

    Hi,

    At the moment the new Xbox Avatar Beta is available to those in Alpha - Skip Ahead, Alpha, and Beta. When you open the Xbox Insider Hub, it should show under announcements the ring your console is currently enrolled in, can you double check to make sure
    its within one of those rings listed. If so, it should show under 'Insider content' with the option to enroll in the app beta.

    If you need to change the ring you're currently enrolled in, please go into 'Insider content'>Xbox One Update Preview>Manage. You will be given access to the rings you are currently eligible for.

    Let us know if it still not showing after checking your preview ring.

    Xbox Live Ultimate thoughts?

    If you are an Insider in the Skip Ahead, Alpha, or Beta rings, then there should be a quest in the Insider app for Game Pass Ultimate; under Insider Content.

    Also, it's currently only available in certain regions (English speaking Xbox Insiders in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia)

    Could be also the fact that there is no more testing slot available for you.
