    Unable to scan for existing games using XBOX (Beta)


    I have recently re-done my windows and i have linked all my other gaming apps to the relevant storage but i cannot get the Xbox app to see/find the existing game files on my gaming drive. How do i go about linking this manually seeing as i cannot even
    manually delete/copy/move these files ?

    I Belive with that Link is only to show what plataform games you have our use
    What exactly are you trying to say there? Your statement literally doesn't make sense nor does it seem to relate to this post at all...

    Please can we get some helpful feedback here as I have a friend who's also sitting with this issue

    No its not possible to use the same email on multiple accounts. You could of used the same password although no one would advise that as its not really a secure way of doing things.

    This may sound silly, but would i have the same email and password set up for both gamertags, if not, would i have been able to use the same email for both tags and just different passwords ? I really cant understand why it will let me download only one
    profile, thanks for you help so far.
