    Unable to run Netflix on XBox One


    For the past several days, I have been unable to run Netflix on my XBox One. I don't know if it coincided with the release on Jan 20th or not, since I hadn't used Netflix in a few days, but at least since the 23rd, it fails to load.

    When I start Netflix, I get the white Netflix screen which then turns into the black Netflix screen with the little twirly busy icon. After a few seconds, the icon freezes, and then a few seconds later, the app goes back to the desktop, without any error codes
    or messages.

    I have tried a hard reboot, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have removed my user settings for the app from both the local xbox and from the cloud. I get the same results. I don't see anyone else complaining about this, so I am guessing it
    is something specific to my console.

    Any other ideas that I can try to fix this?

    Is Xbox Live down in Ontario Canada??

    I'm unable to connect to Xbox Live in Ontario Canada so unable to play any online games. Xbox One is connected to the internet as we can watch Netflix.
