Unable to run any Game Pass game on my PC, other than EA games on Game Pass.

Not much but it gave me an idea. Imagine that on the first account you have your Microsoft account logged in, go back to that account and switch to a local account, then try to run the games. Working or not, undo and log in with a Microsoft account. Hope it works!

let's Uninstall Xbox App & Microsoft Store by following the steps below

1. Open the Windows 10 Search Bar, and type in PowerShell.

2. Right-click the PowerShell app and click “Run as administrator”.

3. Type the following command and press the Enter key:

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage

Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage

4. Wait until the process is finished. It should only take a few seconds to run.

5. Type exit and press the Enter key to exit PowerShell.

Once done, RESTART your PC.

To reinstall the Microsoft store :

Press Windows key + X

Click Windows PowerShell (Admin)

At the command prompt, type the following then hit Enter:

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Please install the Xbox app again and then try starting games again.

These steps can help you, give it a try.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

1. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this with the games too.

2. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

3. Open the Microsoft Store app, library>get updates and update everything.

4. Press the Windows Button then type Services.

Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.

Then select Run as Administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper

Xbox Live Auth Manager,

Xbox Live Game Save,

Xbox Live Networking Service,

Gaming Services.

Do this with each of the services listed above.

Right-click over the service and select Properties.

Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.

If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

Click Apply and OK to save changes.

5. Restart your PC and see if that solves the problem.
