    Unable to revnew Premium Subscription


    I have tried twice to renew my premium subscription to Microsoft Solitaire. I clicked on the link, uninstalled and reinstalled the app as instructed and nothing changed - I am still getting the advertisements. Am I missing a step? Please let me know how
    to fix this.

    To clarify, a Subscription for Premium is for use on a single device, if you're wanting to use Premium services on another device you'll need a separate subscription. Is the issue that you're unable to purchase a subscription or that you were looking to
    transfer it?
