Unable to retrieve purchase history for Age of Empires 3 on GFWL client

This is not at all appropriate. We put down our money to support your company and this is the kind of support we get. Its been over two months and there is no way to resolve the problem. What I would suggest if at all possible is also making our purchases
accessible from the Windows 10 store. No I do not mean making that the only solution cause not everybody is using Windows 10 but it would help to make sure our purchases can still be downloaded in the continuing future. I do hope this issue gets fixed as
I and many other users have put hard earned cash into supporting you.

This is ridiculous and clearly shows just how little interest Microsoft has in what they consider old and useless software! It also very clearly shows they have no interest in providing real, genuine customer support! So many PAYING customers who are currently
locked out of accessing their PAID content and all Microsoft can do is give an update every few weeks stating they have nothing new to report! Months have gone past and there has, apparently, been ZERO progress! I'm starting to think the only way Microsoft
will actually do anything about this is when they are faced with real legal action! It's time to hurt them where it really hurts, in the wallet! I will not be purchasing anything with Microsoft's name attached until this issue is fully resolved!

 

Yep, this is a joke. The issue has been around for many months. MS merely needs to re-host the back end to the original client. I am certain it's an easy solution but as MS wants us to forget anything that ever existed prior to the bug riddled, glitch filled
Windows 10 they will not put any effort into this. Like others have alluded to, I am sure there are legal implications here as MS is preventing usaccessimg our paid for content. Plus there is still software being sold on steam such as Grand theft auto IV that
WILL not run without the Games for Windows live service being active. Total disgrace. Basically MS is trying to freeze out the market for old games. Half my media collection of games is unusable on Windows 10 because they took the draconian decision to prevent
securom and safedisc running (that should be a user choice !!!!) and what few remaining older games I have and enjoy are hit by this service being removed. Makes me want to turn my back on all things MS and levitate towards apple for computing and the ps 4
for games. No way to treat the customers, without whom MS would never of been the giant they are today.

 

I was going to try new Gears of War UE on windows 10 store but seeing how you treat your customers and knowing that the game purchase I make on Microsoft store will go obsolete someday, I'll avoid any windows store games like the plague.

 

I'm sure this is violating terms of agreement. Microsoft you have taken our money and now you are not facilitating the access to the content we purchased. It's all good for your company cause you already have our money, you had no problem taking that from
us at all. I have been left without my content for more than 6 months now and I am now considering legal action on behalf of all the gamers that have lost access to their content. For too long now you have been ignoring complaints or giving vague replies
with unspecified times as to when it will be fixed. We have waited patiently long enough, this time expect to hear us shout.

 

Guys, let's also tweet this too. I am fed up with MS fob off answers. Clearly nothing being done. Legal action could be a good idea. This is totally unacceptable!
