    unable to reset home xbox - tried the exception and it extended the ban by three months....


    One child changed home xbox to a friend's (different house). Now younger sibling cannot access all features while older one is using xbox. Used up 5 changes. Tried to do the help thing where you get an exception and MS added three months onto length of time i have to wait before i can reset. unable to speak to anyone about it and help options do not address the problem.

    There are no way to get additional switches

    unfortunately since this is a feature that is abused by people to break the rules, restrictions had to be placed on it. You should know that your child is risking permanent bans of all of your accounts and your Xbox hardware if they continue.

    There's nothing that can be done but wait it out unfortunately.

    I was trying to purchase the three game bundle of Letter Quest, Three-Fourths Home, and Paranautical Activity (www.microsoft.com/.../c1djnt05zg2t).
    I experienced this issue on both the Xbox One and on the website.

    But it said it was unable to load and says if I continue with the reset, my stuff will get erased. All except for the accounts that have set the xbox as the home. So from that I am assuming that I would have to install all my games and apps again.
