Unable to report problems

unable to report problems over the Xbox insider app. I’m having multiple issues with apps and games failing to start and when I report them on the app I get an error message (HResult:80070070). Hard reset doesn’t fix this either.

Any ideas?

Xbox One Hardware Problems Update

There's more news incoming about the hardware problems of the Xbox One.

According to IBTIMES, the disc drive problems that's been affecting a small number of XB1 owners seems to be more common than previously believed. The problem's increasing and now, reports have come in that some owners are suffering long installation times. As IBTIMES says:

It's been a disappointing few days for some of the first buyers of the just-launched Xbox One, with some gamers unable to play due to a broken disc drive and others finding painfully long install times. While the disc drive was first believed to be a limited problem, more reports of the same issue have surfaced. There's no quick fix for that, but gamers experiencing long install times may be in luck. Kotaku is reporting the Xbox One broken disc drive, dubbed "Disc Drive of Doom" by the site, may be more common than previously believed. The article's author, Jason Schreier, says he received more than 150 emails from Xbox One owners experiencing a broken disc drive. Common experiences include being unable to play games and hearing a loud grinding noise. Schreier notes other gaming publications have reported on a similar problem and a call for any PS4 hardware issues returned a few dozen responses in the same time frame.

As for the slow install time, an Xbox support forum agent recommends disconnecting the Xbox One from the network, powering off the console and re-installing the game while not connected to the network. Some users have reported being unable to install the day one patch, with it failing at a rate of 79 percent. I'm really hoping this isn't going to be a very big problem for everybody, especially for those who are about to buy an Xbox One. A million-sold consoles is nice for me but hearing these problems is beginning to diminish my desires for an Xbox One. I am hopeful Microsoft can solve this one, and hopefully, the Xbox One can succeed. I'm happy, of course, that many of you here at the forums are reporting that your console is working swiftly. Good to know.

Unable to report modder.

I had the same thing happen to me also but the guy was using a Desert Eagle and it shot like a pp90 rapid fire. Suks but not much you can do except go and get one yourself!

Also I am unable to report the problem on the xbox. It just hangs on the loading screen.

Reached out to customer service again. They were unable to fix the problem either. Told me to file a report on xbox because could be a problem with my account
