    Unable to report players


    I tried to report a player today for unsupporting conduct. It allowed me to enter a description but there was then no way I could select the option to submit the report. The box I needed was to the right of the text box but nothing on the controller would
    allow me to make that selection I tried the button with 3lines which just acted like the return button and moved down a line in the text box. I tried all buttons and sticks.

    Am am I missing something?

    I also experienced this, along with many of the top Overwatch players.

    I am unable to file a case report, and have tried playing other games all week.

    About to just go play on PC.

    were you in the games i was in? why am i completely unable to find a game? why can someones whos actually been banned because theyve actually done something get their case reviewed, while someones whos recieved negative reports cant? those reports can be
    for any reason as some players just get upset on games

    Why is the report system so "selectively" broken?

    Hi Mike. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

    This is a glitch some players are facing at the moment; you'll get an "Unable to take action on your report" message even when action was actually taken.

    The enforcement team treat's everyone equally; if you're getting suspended for inappropriate language, so are the players you reported for the same violation.

    Hey there one evil chef.

    Bhutankam Pema is one of the many helpful Xbox Ambassadors on our support forums. If you cannot open a certain app, which you mentioned you were unable to load the Friends app in your second post, Bhutankam Pema's steps are valid.

    If there is a certain player you wish to report, you can always search their gamertag in the Friends app and report or block the player when viewing their profile.

    Reporting a player.

    Hey there Rivo,

    Is there any way you can contact the website host and let them know about the individual and what they were doing in the game?

    That is another alternative to the 2 previous answers and will help the 'hosts' be able to block individuals that are cheating in games.
