Unable to rent movie - Double charges

Dear,

I've tried to rent a movie (Gravity) via Xbox Video on My Surface2 with the option to download it. It failed!

Another post on the forum suggested to uninstall the Xbox Video app, reset the Windows store and re-install it, which I did. I tried renting it again but
it failed again as well.

Result: 2 rental charges on my credit card but no movie to watch. Big disappointment! Can you please look at what is going wrong and arrange a refund for the double charges because of this issue?

◾Download

◾Rent

◾What you've tried so far: uninstall the Xbox Video app, reset the Windows store, re-install and re-rent, which has resulted in double charges

zune movies

I think they get early releases and are unable to rent until the film gets its' general release, a week or so later. This is actually a really good thing to get the movie early if you buy. If you want to rent, just wait a week or so until the movie is out
everywhere else too.

XB1 SKU without optical drive

Plus you can still rent movies at far less than they charge on Xbox Video.

On that note, I wish they were more competitive on their pricing.

Sorry to hear this happened. It does appear that this movie is no longer available for purchase or rent. If you are unable to stream the movie that you did pay for though, then you can request a refund with the phone/chat team right over
