    Unable to renew my account subscription


    I Planned to subscribe Xbox Game Pass ultimate but i cant complete the transaction. My Visa debit card may not accept to add to MS account. and I tried Paypal transaction but In billing address field, I cant change the country US to India. Anyone tell
    me, any other option to buy subscription via Microsoft website.

    Suspended until I buy 1 year gold subscription.

    When you purchase gold through Xbox it turns on auto-renewal. If you don't turn it off and your subscriptions renews but they are unable to charge you, they suspend your account until you pay for that new subscription that started.

    So 2 1/2 years later and nothing has changed. I was unable to renew my Gold subscription using my on-file credit card, I was unable to renew using a prepaid card, and when I called/chatted with MS support I was told "Oh well, too bad but you will have to
    wait until your current subscription expires before you can renew." So there may be a "verified answer" above, but that is certainly not a verified solution.

    Hi Luis,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. To answer the question if sub will cancel. The issue with this is if auto renewal is on. As you are unable to get into the account if the renewal is on, you cant disable it so it will keep charging. If it is not on
    auto renew then yes it will basically suspend the subscription after a period of time of no payment.
