    Unable to renew membership


    Ive lost my five year tenure badge due to not being able to renew membership through a pre paid code everytime i entered the code it said you already have a membership and would not let me redeem code ! Resulting in me losing my five year tenure on my
    profile page

    Unable to renew XBOX Live Gold membership by credit card or by pre-paid microsoft card. What do we do if membership runs out and still can't renew online?

    Have you tried redeeming the code online instead? When you're logged in head over to

    account.xbox.com/.../RedeemCode     and give it a go.

    If the same thing happens then it's worth having a chat with Microsoft support so they can look into why the code hasn't worked. You can chat with them on
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us and selecting the 'My Account' then 'Manage Membership' options.

    im still unable to spend money i ran out of gold membership and Im not spending money out of my creditcard to renew it when I have 65$ + on my xbox live acc.

    That code usually means you have some sort of billing violation. Go to
    https://billing.microsoft.com     and make sure all of your information is correct and up to date. If you can't fix it there, you'll need to call support and talk to billing.
