    Unable to remove/block a follower.


    I'm having trouble blocking someone and removing them from my followers list. I tried everything from power cycling my console, removing my profile and recovering it, doing a factory reset, and clearing the cache. I tried all these steps a dozen times
    and even went as far to messaging the person that I can't remove from my followers list and asking him to block me and try to remove me, but he refused to help if this issue happened once it could happen again it's like this person is stuck to my profile.
    Please help me fix this.

    I think the block/mute is all you can do at this point.

    Normally blocking and muting them stops them from seeing if you are online and messaging yourself and seeing your feed items. Even if they are following you they shouldn't be able to contact you as you can see here as well. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-on-windows/social/manage-friends-followers-favorites It
    shouldn't matter if they are on your follower list. The only way they are removed from that list if they remove you but by blocking them they cannot message you or see your feed.

    He has already removed me from his friend's list, but he is still on my followers list even though he isn't following me anymore. I looked on his friend's list and I'm not on it.

    Yeah, but I didn't have any luck with support either. It has to be a bug I'm so tired of this happening this happened before a long time ago and after a few updates came out it fixed itself. It's just really frustrating. I don't care if the person can
    see if I'm online or can message me I just don't want him on my followers list.
