    Unable to reinstall Xbox App on win 10


    Hi guys,

    I was experiencing the black screen bug with the app where, after logging in, the window would just appear black and would not recover.

    I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app, however, when I go to install it, I get the terms and conditions screen and then nothing - its not even running in the background.

    any fixes?

    You want me to reinstall windows 10? Or what does this do? Because i ran the program, and it says it's downloading win 10. I'm not gonna do a reinstall of win 10 just for this app.

    Good and bad news on this one. The good news in this case, based on my research, is that it doesn't appear to be just you as many have been having issues getting logged into Live over the past day or two. The bad news is it still seems to be an issue that

    Yes, Windows was up to date.

    Downloading the installer from the link you provided seemed to fix both of my issues.
