Unable to register elite series 2 controller to Microsoft account

Microsoft’s registration process for Xbox devices requires that you first select the correct product family typically “Xbox” and then enter the serial number as it appears on your controller. The serial number of the controller is located at the back of the battery compartment below the bar code.

And then review your account region settings because mismatches between your account region and the region selected during registration can result in these devices not being properly registered. Kindly double-check that your account settings and your registration inputs region all align.

Then refresh, and clear the browse. The controller registration doesn’t immediately update on the “My Devices” page. Please clear your browser’s cache And then log out and log back into your account.

Thanks for the info but that page doesnt allow you to register elite series 1 controllers.
