reedem codes

i can´t reedem two codes that include gears of war 1 and gears of war 3 for xbox one. this codes include in the video Game Gears of War 4 .

gow 4 activated via key, is not in my library.

I reedem gow 4 because of nvidia promotion, in xbox win 10 app i get a message telling me: "Thanks for purchasing Gears of War 4. Here are your codes for Gears of War and Gears of War 2 (ESRB Rating: Mature with blood and gore, intense violence, strong language)
************************************" but in my library there is no gow 4, please help.

Do you possibly get an error code with that error message, for example "0x800f081f"? Please ensure that all your billing information is current. You may do that at Microsoft's billing site here:
https://commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub/Help

After you do that, and you still get an error, please contact Microsoft or Xbox Support here:
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us They will be able to take a look in why you're unable to redeem your code and check to ensure it is activated.

on 13/10/2016 I got the game gears of war 4, and along with it comes the codes to access the previous games, but the code to gears of war 1 and 3 am unable to use, are not valid.
