Unable to redownload Free Games with Gold

I am in the middle of a conundrum

I recently separated from my husband and of course I had to purchase my own xbox one console.

Well, It seems as though I am no longer able to download the Free games For Gold. Example - Plants v. Zombies, Borderlands, etc..

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? My XBL was active consistently for the last 7 years without interruption.

I am unable to see some of my previous free downloaded games from xbox live gold previously when i was still on xbox 360 on my xbox one.

I am unable to redownload Assasin's Creed Black Flag and The Walking Dead Season 1.

I was able to download the free with gold game. Unable to download Borderlands 2 with MSP.

 

you must not have clicked to download them with your account must have just been your husband accounts they downloaded on. if you did download them in your name then they will be in your history

 

Have you done a license transfer?

 

That could be really complicated. Best to call them and iron it out. I bet they can find the sticking point.

 

Should be in your history unless you started a new account and husband got the old account will all the free games. Then your stuck with nothing.

 

What did support say when you contacted them?
