Unable to Redeem

Thx for the reply. I will try calling Microsoft support here in Serbia tomorrow if they can issue me my region code (game available in my country) since purchase was made in MS store in Germany and they asked for email of an MS account recipient, now my
cousin doesn't have a cancel/refund option in order history for some reason.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you have
a prepaid code from Germany that is not able to be redeemed on your account. The Microsoft and Xbox prepaid codes are region locked. This means that the prepaid codes are only able to be redeemed in the same region that they are sold in. We suggest going
back to the retailer for more options. We hope this helps!

I received a gift from Store from Germany but code wont activate cause i dont live in Germany. What should i do and who to contact?

You wont be able to use that code. Only someone who lives in Germany would be able to use it

You will have to have the one who gifted you the code try and call. As they are the purchaser. With issues like these you will need proof of purchase.
