    Sorry we cannot redeem codes for you but I have a few questions.

    1. do you get an 8 digit error code when you trying to redeem on the 360? If so, what is it?

    2. where did you purchase the code from?

    3. which country do you live in?

    Please be sure that you're entering the code correctly, sometimes B can be mistaken for 8 and O for 0.

    Finally, make sure you do not post the code itself on the forums.

    What kind of code are you trying to redeem? If it's an Xbox Live Gold subscription card or Microsoft Account currency, you can redeem that on either Xbox One or Xbox 360. Keep us posted!
