Unable to Redeem TRON (Xbox Live Gold)

Hi everyone. Wonder if anyone can help.

I am unable to redeem TRON from this months xbox live gold.

I have been speaking with Microsoft Chat but they have been unable to resolve this. Apparently my account is fine (region etc). I can redeem other games, just not TRON. Same issue occurs on xbox One and computer via xbox.com (tried different browsers etc)

Symtom : Unable to purchase ... try again later.

Same problem for the last 4-5 days.

I find it very strange I was told there were no further troubleshooting teqniques. Seems like support gave up! They had me reset trusted devices also.

Any ideas?

Hello there have you tried purchasing this on the Xbox.com Store?

I do however think that it is no longer available im afraid

Tron: Evolution was free with the Xbox One Games with Gold program from
July 16-July 31, 2016. We are unable to modify pricing or adjust sales on the forums. As ngophi stated, you were originally showing up as having Silver status on Xbox Live but you are now showing as Xbox Live Gold. Did you recently subscribe? If so, you
may have missed the window to grab the game while it was still available.

Apologies for any frustrations this may have caused.
