Unable to redeem Quest reward code

I received a Quest reward of Talladega Nights from Xbox but each time I try to redeem it, either via Xbox or website,it says unable to redeem, contact the person who provided the code. Any help?

Microsoft rewards points

How do I redeem a microsoft rewards code? I am unable to redeem the code. I have called support and they are unable to redeem the points. They advised me to put a post on how to redeem the points. Can you pls contact me to figure a way to redeem these
points.

If that is your first time receiving the game through an Xbox Quest promotion, I'm afraid we are unable replace the codes. If you happen to receive a prize from Xbox Quest, and then receive the same reward again from a different
Xbox Quest that you can't redeem, that is a scenario where we will be able to take a deeper look.

Quest rewards are usually sent out 30 days after the quest has finished.

how do you get/redeem it?

Unfortunately the Xbox Forums team are unable to guarantee the specific reward for these kind of promotions, especially as it is drawn out of a random pool of prizes. Apologies for any frustration this has caused. If there is a scenario where you receive
the same reward from Quests that you can't redeem more than once, please feel free to post a thread so we can take a look into it.
