    Unable to Redeem Microsoft Rewards


    I have been saving up Bing reward points for months to redeem the Xbox Game Pass three-month code. I finally got enough reward points today. When I redeemed, it said that it emailed the code to my Microsoft Account's primary email address. The problem is
    that it's impossible to change the primary email address associated with an account (I've tried multiple times with Xbox support for years), and this address no longer exists (it's a netscape.net address -- I'm not even sure Netscape exists as a COMPANY anymore).

    I just want my three month pass. Will I just be unable to use the Microsoft Rewards feature in the future? This is extremely frustrating.

    I have the Order ID if that's helpful.

    There seems to be an issue with your account: please reach out to our support forum team.

    We were unable to make your final Rewards deposit. Any pending Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems in your account will be converted into Microsoft Rewards points in late June, where you can redeem them for items in the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    Unable to Redeem Microsoft Rewards

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    I've spent all morning talking to a support representative, and she sent me here. This problem shouldn't be difficult for Microsoft to solve >_<

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

    Yes, it is likely that you are not allowed to redeem the same reward twice. Microsoft Rewards typically has limits on how many times a particular reward can be redeemed, and it's possible that you have reached the limit for the 100 Robux reward. If you are unable to redeem the reward again, you may need to choose a different reward or wait until the limit for the 100 Robux reward is reset. You can check the terms and conditions for the reward to see if there is a limit on how many times it can be redeemed.     Apologies for the inconvenience. Since you have used a Microsoft Payment Account in multiple different regions, our deposit process is unable to complete due to being unable to determine which of these Microsoft Payment Accounts is valid. If Xbox Live Rewards
    is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted to Microsoft Rewards
