Unable to redeem free game code w/ purchase of new Xbox One console

I purchased my kid a new xbox one game console on Monday.

Followed the enclosed instructions to get the free game. Entered my country on the first screen, entered my personal info and code on the second screen, got to the third screen where it stated "pick your free game", and
THERE WAS NOTHING TO SELECT FROM!!!!

Tried to go thru the screens again and then received a message stating the code has already been redeemed.

Contacted support chat, and all they did was send me to another website, where I had to enter all of my info and issue again.

Waited 3 days and ZERO response!

Contacted a support chat again today, and still getting nothing but a runaround. Now they say to enter my problem here.....

Why did the chat support person on Monday send me somewhere else?

Why do I have to keep entering the same info over and over again, but no one actually helps in any way.

I was unable to redeem my free copy of ODST. How do I get a new code?

How do you access your free copy of Madden in the bundle?

Purchased the Xbox One Madden bundle. Great value...assuming I can find Madden. Redeemed the code. The Xbox gave me a message that I redeemed the Xbox One bundle. There is no place to download the game for free. Didn't automatically queue up. Still asks me to pay for it when I go to the game in the store. Anyone else have this issue?

If that is the Name Your Game bundle, you will have to fill out the form on the bottom of the offer's FAQ for assistance -

microsoft.promo.eprize.com/.../faq.html

That offer is run by a third party company, not Microsoft, which is why support is unable to assist.

I did enter my info there on Monday. It is now Thursday, and still no response.

I entered the info there AGAIN today....we will see if there is ever any response.

Plus.....how are the consumers to know that this is a third party offer???? It comes packaged right in the box from Microsoft. All of the copyright logos on the included card are Microsoft. In my book, that makes it their issue.

Did you purchase the physical version, or did you purchase a digital code to redeem on your Xbox One console? If you purchased a digital code and have recently redeemed it, Halo Wars: Definitive Edition should unlock for you to download for free within the
Xbox Store. If you purchased the physical version, unfortunately we are unable to provide codes for that as it would have already come in the package.

Search for the game in the Xbox Store and see if you're able to download it. Keep us posted!

If you purchased the Fallout 4 Xbox One bundle, both codes will be inside the box. If you're unable to locate the codes, you will want to reach out to the retailer the bundle was purchased from for further assistance. We're unable to replace codes that are
included in physical copies of games and console bundles.

Hey, CSINKO! Unfortunately, once a code is redeemed on an account, there is no way to transfer it to another account. We are also unable to replace the code so that you can redeem a new one on your other account. You will need to either get another code
from a friend that doesn't want to use theirs, purchase the game on the second account you have, or use the account that you accidentally redeemed the code on to play the game solely. Thanks for understanding!
