    Unable to redeem Forza Motorsport 7


    Hi,

    I recently purchased Alienware notebook from dell website and I want to get Forza Motorsport 7 that suppose to come with it. I received email from Dell with instructions how to redeem this game.

    While following those instructions I visited "My library" section in Windows Store and I don't see this game in the list. I spent 2 hrs with XBOX support engineer Chris who confirmed that my account is eligible for this promotion and he was unable to determine
    the reason why I did not get it. He instructed me to make this support ticket (besides trying to help with the glitch of xbox website that prevented me from posting that day).

    Please look up my service request by number 1417703201 and help me getting this game.

    A: For those who have pre-ordered the Forza 7 Ultimate Edition, you should have access as of September 29th 2017. For all others, Forza 7 should be available on October 3rd 2017 at 12am local time.

    Q: Can I play Forza Motorsport 7 on PC?

    A: Forza Motorsport 7 is an Xbox Play Anywhere title – this means that DLC, achievements and progress will carry between Xbox One and Windows 10 so long as you use the same Xbox Live account that purchased a digital copy of the game.

    Q: What do I get for pre-ordering Forza Motorsport 7?

    Forza motorsport 7 is off sale, so I bought a key from a key selling site and redeemed it, that was a ping time ago, and now when I look at my library, it's nowhere to be found

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Forza Motorsport 7.

    To answer your inquiry, it is not possible for Microsoft to remove the game license from an account once purchased/redeemed as the license is permanently attached to your account.

    Since your Forza Motorsport 7 has been redeemed and you're unable to find it in your Library, this means that it might be possible that the game was redeemed on a different Microsoft account.

    Kindly confirm this by signing in to all of your Xbox accounts on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you redeemed your Forza Motorsport 7.

    If you have found the redeemed game license, try to sign out and re-sign in to your account and check if you will be able to download/play the game.

    If you're unable to locate the redeemed codes transaction, try to check your other Xbox accounts' order history.
