    Hi there,

    I purchased FallOut 4 a few days ago and am unable to redeem the bundled FallOut 3 download. I've tried multiple computers and multiple browsers and, unfortunately, I don't have (nor do I have access to) an XBox 360 console. I've spoken with Microsoft support
    and was advised to post in this forum.

    I purchased a digital copy of Fallout 4 through the Xbox One Store last year and fallout 3 redeem code was sent but it was deleted is it possible to have code resent again thank you

    Free Fallout 3 code with hard copy purchase of Fallout 4

    Hi I purchased a copy of fallout 4 as part of an xbox one fallout bundlle from a gaming store, and tried to redeem the code that came with it. It says that its a fallout 3 code but then has an error and cant redeem it.

    I have been through the error help channels and they were unable to help me. Surely redeeming a code is a simple thing to be able to offer people.

    What error message/code do you receive when you try redeeming the code? Does your account region match your physical location?

    Usually the issue is a region issue. That game is region locked so your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a location where the game is available for download.
