    Hi

    I got an Xbox One console

    I have bought Fallout 4 game from Asda in UK, it comes with free Xbox360 Fallout 3 game

    I have tried to redeem it few times, with help of 2 different people on the Live Chat and still no closer.

    They have confirmed that i have a working code, but for some reason it wont redeem

    Fallout 3 code message not working

    I received a Fallout 3 code for my Fallout 4 digital purchase at the end of November. I forgot to redeem it and now my message is unable to opened. I was advised to seek another code here.

    What error message/error code do you receive when you try redeeming the code? What region is your account set for and what region are physically located in?

    i have redeem other games since the fallout 3, so i know its fine on that side of things

    hi

    i double checked all the billing info and decided to re-type them back in - although nothing changed...

    tried re-deeming the game again and it has worked... not sure why re-entering the information seems to sort it out
