    Purchased Woot and CDKeys redemption codes for Xbox series X and denied GamePass due to “incorrect region.” This despite the fact that I live in the US and my Xbox profile states that I live in the US.

    Where did you receive the code? What's the specific error code and error message you receive? Could anyone have accessed the code and redeemed it before you got a chance to redeem? If you are receiving an error that the code is redeemed, unfortunately we are

    That's because you used the account in Minecraft but not the account that redeemed the code, the code was redeemed in a different account and that's why it's not showing on your order history and you are unable to use it

    Unfortunately, you are unable to refund a gift card that has been redeemed. Xbox Support are unable to transfer across accounts.

    "Important Before you redeem your code, make sure that you're signed in to the correct Microsoft account on your device or browser. Codes that are redeemed on the wrong account cannot be transferred to another Microsoft account by Xbox Support."
