Unable to redeem code for forza horizon 2 day one edition

can anyone help I have a code for forza horizon 2 day one edition witch came with my game when I brought it ( Xbox one edition )every time I enter it I get this error (photo below) dose anyone know what I can do to get the dlc working or where I should enter code instead

Forza Horizon 2 reached End Of Life some time ago...DLC can no longer be downloaded unless purchased prior to it going EOL as the DLC no longer exists on the Store..it's the same with Horizon 3 and it's DLC. At least that is my understanding of it

You can also try redeeming it on the console, but that is the correct website (I removed your image due to the email). At this point though, the game and DLC has been delisted, so it's possible the code won't work.

This problem also appears with another 'Day One' Edition I bought: 'Forza Horizon 2'.

According to the
Forza Horizon 2 Ten Year Anniversary Car Pack store page, it is only available with these bundles:

• Forza Horizon 2 Deluxe - 10th Anniversary Edition
  
• Forza Horizon 2 Ultimate - 10th Anniversary Edition
  
• Forza Horizon 2 Standard - 10th Anniversary Edition
  

Double check your Microsoft Commerce account to be sure you own one of those editions. If so and you're still experiencing issues, you'll want to reach out to
