Try to redeem the code from here redeem.microsoft.com ( Make sure you're signed in your account ). If you're getting the same issue, please contact the official Xbox support by using
this link support.xbox.com/contact-us

I would recommend checking what region the codes are listed for, and check that against the region that your account is set to (console, as well). If they do not match, then the redemption will not go through. You can check your country
settings with this link.

Are you purchasing these codes from a retail store? Online?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. What type of code are you trying to redeem? Any Code that the Xbox takes has to be a 25 digit code. any more or less digits in the code would lead me to believe that you need to enter that code elsewhere.

If it is a 25 digit code, I would try
logging into our Website to redeem the code from there.
