Unable to redeem Age of Empires MS Store Code

Well unfortunately if Amazon won't issue a new code I would just hold onto it. It's possible that since it hasn't been launched yet it can't be purchased and therefore you are unable to redeem. The only time that changes I believe is if presale is available
for the game.

This could be a possibility, however it is only in rare instances that games are not yet available as most titles show up in the store prior to release.

If you are unable to redeem this code even using the link provided above, I would recommend that you

Contact Xbox Customer Support.

This can be done by following these steps:

Log into Xbox.com

• Step 1: Scroll down, and select Support at the bottom left hand side under
  Xbox.
• Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click on
  Contact Us
• Step 3 : Select Billing & accounts then "See other options"
• Step 4 : Select your Issue – Can't redeem a code
  • Select - "Show contact options"
  • Select – Request a call from Support

Thanks for the replay. Too bad nothing worked. On Amazon it says that codes can't be returned. Could be possible that the Code is not activated yet since the game launches in a few hours?

If this appeared when trying to redeem on the AOE website, you would have to contact the Age Of Empires support, as well the store where you purchase the code Andy. :/

Because in order for you to redeem it with Microsoft, you would have to redeem it first on the AOE website. :/
